I agree it can get very crazy that's why its usually best to start planning well ahead of time. The personality of the vendor should also be a key factor to consider as well. I have heard of photographers losing the entire pictures of a wedding they covered as well. Being a wedding photographer i have worked with many makeup artists, while i have never worked with Dainty Affairs, she is well spoken of by those who have used her service.
